Tuesday, April 1, 2003 Quick Updates Things are good here. I find myself feeling guilty for not updating more. But hell, nobody reads here....so not too guilty. :-) Our trip to Phoenix was good. A typical "Cahoon family" gathering. Those who know me know what that means. The plane ride was OK. My ears popped and hurt the entire time. I still can't hear out of my right ear. Flying is NOT my favorite mode of transportation...that's for sure. Maggie was wonderful though. She slept the entire flight there and back. Why was I even worried about her? She's such an angel. A perfect angel. Maggie is an official walker now. Occasionally she'll "abort" and crawl when she thinks she's losing her balence. But, for the most part she walks everywhere she needs to be. Still holding strong with 8 teeth. Although it looks like two more on the bottom may be coming soon. Teething hasn't really been a problem with us so I'm not worried. Had her year check-up. My 26 pound butterball is healthy and in the 96th percentile for weight. We're working on getting her weaned but it's a constant source of insecurity for both her and I so we're taking it one step at a time. I'm working on getting her weaned down to just night feedings. It's hard though. posted at 07:27 PM | # | (0) any comments? |
