Mr. Anderson, welcome back. We missed you.
I've been on hiatus for a while ... but I had to drop in to scream very loudly Get thee to a theater (preferably IMAX) pronto! I'll report back in after my sequential viewings later ... UPDATE: Not what I was expecting (even with an insider dishing secrets) ... but lots of fighting, some interesting revelations, and a definite ending. I'll have to give it a second viewing tomorrow to hand down the final decision on this one. But I'd definitely say it's well worth your time to watch the 1st and 2nd installments before going to Revolutions. Also ... MUCH MUCH better in IMAX. So worth your while to find the nearest one to you! Posted by Kitty at 02:24 PM

Another episode of "Red Carpet Roundup"
Attention ... Achtung! Actress Tara Reid actually wore something tasteful to a hollywood event!!! Also I noticed that David Spade was sporting his very own "make your own trucker hat" hat. And lastly ... overheard behind the scenes ... "AAAAHHHH ... she's wearing my top ... I can never leave the house again ... someone fire my stylist!" Sarah Michelle Gellar's Reaction -- having just spotted Jessica Simpson. (Singing to self) Pretty in pink ... isn't she ... tee hee ... oh come on now ... you gals and drag queens know how it is when you get all glamed up only to find someone else there with the EXACT SAME OUTFIT ...

I'd almost pay to see it ...
The California government (using that term loosely) is apparently the laughing stock of the nation due to the recent events around the potential "recall" elections. The whole state can fall off into the ocean as far as I'm concerned (and yes, I've lived there ... so I can say that) -- BUT, after seeing that Larry Flynt is making a bid for the Democratic ticket candidate for California Governor as the self-proclaimed "smut peddler who cares" I'm willing to give the state another chance. Mostly ... I think I would nearly pay actual money to see Flynt as the Democratic candidate go up against Arnold "I'll be back" Schwarzenegger representing the Republican ticket. Can you even imagine the political ads now?!? Arnold ... what is your campaign platform ... "To crush my enemies, see them driven before me, and to hear the lamentation of the women!"

The sex files ...
Oh ... my ... god ... I'm seriously you guys ... It is my official opinion that the sole purpose of this final season of Sex and the City is to turn me into a Pavlovian drooling dog. I just read this ... I am SO saddened to hear that Ron is out ... but, I can't think of too many people that could fall into place better than Mulder. mmmmmm Foxy. Posted by Kitty at 07:20 PM

The thin line between Love and Hate
I believe the consensus is ... you love him or you hate him ... or you love him and hate him. But in any case, he's usually pretty darn funny.

Summer of the flop?
A CNN Poll shows this summer's sequel crop has moviegoers staying out of the theaters. Granted ... most of this summer's offerings have been lackluster, but looking at the success of Finding Nemo may finally show a behavior change in the general moviegoing public. Could it actually be possible that people HAVE STOPPED GOING TO CRAPPY MOVIES?!?! Let's also not forget that unemployment is rapidly apporoaching 10 million people in this country, and I'm sure that food and shelter may take precedence over watching a so-so movie. What do you think about that? Posted by Kitty at 03:49 PM
